Dominick Dunne, the Vanity Fair writer and chronicler of celebrity life, died Wednesday at his Manhattan home, according to the magazine. He was 83. Perhaps most famous for his coverage of the OJ Simpson trial. Mr Dunne had a daughter who was murdered, hence his interest in celebrity crime cases.
